Information we collect
When you send an enquiry using our contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number and organisation name, if you choose to provide them;
- the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
Like most websites, our web server also records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the website secure and working properly.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and, where you ask us to, prepare a proposal. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.
To protect the contact form from abuse, we temporarily keep a count of recent submissions linked to a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address. This is deleted automatically after about an hour.
Cookies
This website sets one strictly necessary cookie, ahsid, when you visit the contact page. It protects the form against cross-site request forgery and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email. Our website hosting provider and email provider process this information on our behalf: [HOSTING PROVIDER] and [EMAIL PROVIDER]. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
If email delivery is temporarily unavailable, your enquiry is saved in a protected folder on our web server so that it is not lost, and is handled in the same way.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 30 days so that we can respond and follow up, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@arrowheadinnovation.com.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
